2. Products sold

Aiko is a second hand luxury bag shop. Our bags are classified according to their condition as follows:

Category A Very good condition: Slight signs of use, interior and exterior in excellent condition, no visible tears, stains or major defects.

Category B good condition: Moderate wear with some visible marks, but no structural alterations or defects affecting functionality.

Descriptions and photos are as accurate as possible to ensure complete transparency.

3. Prices

All prices shown on the site are inclusive of all taxes. Any customs duties or local taxes applicable in the country of destination are payable by the purchaser.

4. How to order

Orders are placed directly on the Aiko website. As each product is also offered for sale in a physical boutique, the availability of a bag will be confirmed after verification. In the event of unavailability, the customer will be informed promptly. The payment will not be debited or, if it has already been debited, it will be reimbursed immediately, taking into account the usual bank delays. We are committed to making this stage as smooth and transparent as possible for our customers.

5. Payment

Payment for items is secure and can be made by credit card. Payment details are never stored on our servers.

6. Delivery

Delivery times vary and are indicated when the order is confirmed, depending on the carrier chosen and the destination.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are free of charge.

Carrier's liability: Aiko monitors the progress of the parcel at the same time as the customer. In the event of delays or problems, we will make every effort to resolve the situation with the carrier and provide full assistance.

7. Returns policy and retraction

Customers have 14 days from receipt of their bag to exercise their right of return, provided that the product is in its original, unused condition, with all its accessories and in its original packaging.

All returns must be requested in advance from Customer Services, who will provide the necessary instructions for dispatching the parcel. The cost of the return is borne by the customer.

A penalty of 2% of the value of the bag will be applied for each day between the date of receipt of the bag by the customer and the date on which the product is received back by the seller. This penalty will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned product. The refund will be made using the same method of payment as that used at the time of purchase.

8. Guarantee of authenticity

All bags sold by Aiko come from trusted Japanese suppliers, guaranteeing authenticity. Each product undergoes a rigorous authentication process with our partner and is then certified with the Entrupy solution, which issues a certificate of authenticity.

9. Limitation of liability

Aiko shall not be held liable for any indirect loss, loss of income or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or the products sold. The user assumes full responsibility for any use of the information provided. By placing an order on our site, you confirm that you have read and accepted our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are available for consultation at any time.

10. Applicable law

These GTC are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Tokyo courts.
